Standard order processing time for the items is 3 to 4 weeks. Please note that orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Extra time is required for processing large orders, international orders, orders requiring information verification and orders with personalized and Customized or engraved items. Orders with personalization or engraving must allow up to 5 additional processing days. Processing times are not calculated into the estimated delivery times.

As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a shipping notification that includes the shipping method and your assigned tracking number. You will also find this information in your Shop account order details.

If an item is on backorder, we will display the expected re-stock date, when known, in the item’s description. As soon as the out-of-stock item is available, your order will be processed. After the order has left our warehouse, the estimated delivery time will be based on the shipping method.
